Scholarship

Marca College will be providing free tuition for the Hair Design and Esthetics programs annually. We are now accepting applications for 2010.

Understanding the financial needs of our students we want to hear your story about why you feel that you deserve to be awarded with a scholarship. The top entry selected will be awarded with free tuition to Marca College.

Full instructions are provided below with only complete submissions being considered.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Complete an application form by May 1, 2010 either through:
   1. An online form
   2. OR by downloading an application form in PDF format and mailing or dropping it off at one of our three locations
2. Submit an original or unpublished story (in 250 words or less) explaining:
   1. Why you believe that you deserve a scholarship?
   2. Why you believe that Marca College is the best school for you?

All valid submissions will be reviewed by a panel of three judges resulting in the selection of one (1) winner who will be contacted no later than June 1, 2010.

ELIGIBILITY

1. All standard entrance requirements must be met in order to qualify

TERMS

1. Only one application per person will be accepted
2. Free tuition recipients must enrol within the same calendar year in which the prize is awarded
3. A minimum grade point average of 75% must be maintained throughout the duration of the program in order to maintain full tuition coverage
4. Tuition does not include the cost of equipment, books and taxes
5. Employees of Marca College and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the free tuition program
